Under the culinary leadership of owner Chef Scott Kaluczky, The Silvermine Market opened in February of 2006 and operates year round, seven days a week for breakfast and lunch. Starting in mid January 2018 the market will reopen again for dinners featuring their AMAZING pizzas but they also continue to book and cater private parties and offer full service catering options as well right now.
